Your data is stored on servers located in the region you select during onboarding. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for 90 days following account termination. Server logs are retained for 30 days.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to operate our business, including payment processors, email delivery providers, and infrastructure partners. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
