By accessing or using reddot.cloud services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and reddot.cloud.
reddot.cloud provides cloud-based Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services, including but not limited to server provisioning, NVMe SSD storage, network connectivity, and 24/7 technical support. Services are offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing cycles.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use our Services to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth herein. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing date. If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend your Services after a 7-day grace period.
Annual subscriptions include a 20% discount compared to the monthly rate. Annual fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days of service.
reddot.cloud guarantees 99.9% network uptime, measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, you may request a service credit equivalent to the affected hours. Service credits are the sole remedy for downtime and do not entitle you to a refund.
While reddot.cloud performs automated hourly backups as part of certain plans, you are solely responsible for maintaining adequate backups of your data. We do not guarantee the integrity or availability of backup data and shall not be liable for any data loss.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard. Upon termination, your server and all associated data will be permanently deleted after a 7-day retention period. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, reddot.cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
